Shipping of Your Purchase
We offer standard shipping and deliver to most areas within Australia. All orders are sent using Australia post and sometimes other couriers. Orders will be delivered to the address entered on checkout. Items purchased may arrive separately.
Your order will be delivered with the Authority to Leave in a safe location at the address. If there is no placed deemed fit to leave your parcel a card will usually be left to advise of where and when you can pick it up at your local post office or agent. Discount Pet Supplies does not accept responsibility for items/parcels that go missing.
If you would like your purchase to be delivered via express post please email us, extra shipping charges will apply.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are generally determined by the product/s weight, package size and shipping location.
Order Dispatch
We always aim to ship your goods as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 days of the order being placed (except weekends and public holidays). Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Approximate Shipping Times
Our warehouse is based in Sydney & Melbourne. Delivery times will depend on your location, generally orders take between 4-13 business days. Outer suburbs and rural and isolated areas will take longer.
Although we endeavor to have your parcels delivered within the above timeframes this is not always the case and may take a little longer than expected due to events being outside our control. If your order is delayed by more than 10 days from the time ordering, please contact us at discountpetcare@iinet.net.au for assistance. Please allow 2-5 business days handling time.
Undeliverable Packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email. A return postage fee of $12 will apply, this is charged by the courier.
Inaccurate address
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
A notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.
If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience.
A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by Receiver
If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
